Yakuza: Like a Dragon - The Quest Begins Trailer

Take a look at some of the zany ridiculousness packed into Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio's upcoming "one-of-a-kind RPG", Yakuza: Like a Dragon. In the 'The Quest Begins' trailer above, watch as the game's brawler protagonist, Ichiban Kasuga, as he takes some time off to relax, play guitar, throw a few darts and—of course—sing his karaoke heart out (in English, for the first time in the series' history).

Set in modern-day Japan, Yakuza: Like a Dragon centres around Kasuga's quest for revenge after an unjust 18-year prison sentence. When he emerges after his long sentence, Kasuga discovers that his family has been betrayed, his clan wiped out and his life ruined by the man he once trusted wholeheartedly. Now, he's got one thing on his mind: vengance. Along the way, our protagonist is joined by a "ragtag group of society's outcasts"; together, they'll fulfil their potential and become unlikely heroes.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon releases on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Steam, Windows, Xbox Series S/X on the 10th November 2020 (Smart Delivery available for Xbox One owners). PlayStation 5 owners will be able to join in on the fun on 2nd March 2021 (with a free upgrade path for PlayStation 4 owners)
