WW2 Chronicles Events available for War Thunder

Gaijin Entertainment launches a new series of battles, the 'WW2 Chronicles' events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in Europe Day for War Thunder.

From today till May, there will be historical events every day covering the period from the invasion of Poland on the 1st of September, 1939, till the final Allied triumph of Allied troops in Berlin in May, 1945.

These events are available for all the game modes, from Arcade to Realistic to Simulator Battles and they can be found in 'Events & Tournaments' under the tab 'WW2 Chronicles'.

Most importantly, every 15 victories will entitle the player to receive a 'Victor's Trophy' with a chance to win a premium plane. When you reach 225 victories, you are guaranteed to receive a premium vehicle (Russian Spitfire Mk. IX), a unique title and decal.

These events will also be accompanied by specials that give players the opportunity to receive different trophies and premium vehicles. These will be announced later and updated in the schedule page above.
