World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor Beta Live

Yes, that's right. The always anticipated beta has arrived. Blizzard has announced that the first round of beta keys for the upcoming expansion to World of Warcraft, Warlords of Draenor, are already winging their way to players. They may have already arrived. In a tweet from World of Warcraft Community Manager Bashiok on Friday, it was announced that the first wave beta keys were out there and they were going to veterans of the game first.

We're not sure if Blizzard has used the 'vets first' initiative for beta keys before, but it seems like a nice idea. Those players who have been around the longest get to peek at the expansion first. If you are relatively new to the game then don't fret; there are various websites offering what seem to be legit competitions to win beta keys (always be careful which sites you trust for this. The same goes for e-mails). Blizzard will also likely be handing them out to the relatively newer players soon enough as well, we imagine.
