Waven Is Out Now on Early Access, Launch Trailer and Information

Ankama Games, developer of Wakfu and Dofus, has officially launched a long-awaited new game, Waven, in Early Access on PC via Steam and the Ankama Launcher. This free-to-play tactical multiplayer RPG will also launch later this year on iOS and Android devices, offering a cross-play experience to enjoy anywhere you like to play.

As seen in the new launch trailer, Waven is set in a flooded world and you’ll play as a seafaring adventurer searching for answers among the surviving islands. Pick your class and level up your hero, all while finding new equipment, spells, and companions to help you along the way. Combat-wise, there’s a mixture of tactical RPG systems, turn-based fights, and deck building! Fight monsters in PvE or battle your friends in PvP to climb the rankings and put your strategy to the test.

In Early Access, Waven features 250 quests, 17 locations, 25 heroes, 90 companions, 300 spells, and much more. The launch also comes with three Founder’s Packs: Standard, Deluxe, or Premium. These packs unlock exclusive cosmetics, including emotes, pets, and visual effects.

Waven is out now on Early Access via Steam and the Ankama Launcher. A full launch is expected at the end of 2023 on PC as well as iOS and Android devices.
