Watchers, a new Battle Royale game drops Free-to-Play on Steam

"Watchers" is a new 60's Nuclear family style top-down Battle Royal game coming Free-To-Play on Steam this month.

Alawar Premium and Blindfold Developer present a new take on the Battle Royale genre by including Surveillance Mechanics.

With a white picket fence style reminiscent of the opening sequence of Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull, a group of 24 players will fight to the death, and when they do inevitably die, will join the "Watchers" in surveillance mode. In Watcher mode they will be able to sway the remaining play by voting on where the zone will move to, activate "experiments" to help or hinder players and more interestingly bet on the outcome of the match.

Be the last player standing, but be aware that every kill you make isn't the last you'll see of them.

Watchers is free to play on Steam, and has three DLC available.
