Warhammer: Darktide Arrives to a New Console Two Years After Release
Fatshark's follow-up to their ever-successful Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (which still sees very impressive player numbers six years after release), Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, continues to expand two years into release. We already learnt a lot about the upcoming Grim Protocols free update (of which you can learn about right here), but it also included a surprise new drop.
Originally released exclusively for PC via Steam and the Windows Store, Darktide expanded its horizons towards the console sphere with the release of the Xbox Series X|S version nearly a year after release. Now, Fatshark is doing it once again, with PlayStation 5 joining the ranks of consoles that'll be able to unite against a common foe!
The pre-orders for the title are available now, and fans of the Sony-led console will be able to buy it for £32.99. There's also a 10% discount for subscribers of the PlayStation Plus, meaning you can get it for £29.69! The release date will correlate with the arrival of the free content update Grim Protocols on the 3rd of December.
