Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Release Date Trailer

Fatshark has revealed the release date of the upcoming 4-player co-op first-person shooter, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide with the game's trailer video.

Having previously pencilled in a Summer 2022 release window, Fatshark took the decision to move this back in order to strive for the best game it could possibly deliver. Looking to use the additional time in order to focus on the level of quality and to invest in more systems to support Darktide for years to come.

In the depths of the hive city of Tertium, seeds of corruption threaten an overwhelming tide of darkness. A heretical cult, known as the Admonition, seeks to seize control of the planet Atoma Prime.

Stem the overwhelming hordes of enemies alongside up to three friends. Team composition and collaboration are critical and will determine whether you succeed and secure victory for the god-emperor, or succumb to the onslaught.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is set to launch on PC and Xbox Series X|S on 13th September 2022.
