Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Gameplay and Details
There is still some time away for the new PlayStation 4 remaster of the Uncharted series, but that hasn't stopped some gameplay footage from getting leaked online. Youtube user AllGamesBeta has uploaded 1080p/60fps gameplay of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and it's looking great.
Aside from the bump in resolution and 60FPS, the remaster also will have an increase in texture quality, lighting and assets. This will be across all three Uncharted titles.
Unlike the The Last of Us: Remastered which was developed by Naughty Dog this new remaster is in the hands of port experts BluePoint games, who have previously handled the PlayStation 3 HD collections of Metal Gear Solid and God of War.
The Nathan Drake Collection, features the remastered singleplayer experiences of Drakes Fortune, Among Theieves and Drakes Deception. Aside from the visual upgrades, BluePoint games have been working along side Naughty Dog for a number of improvements to each game as well; these range from the removal of motion controls from specific areas in the games, such as the pesky log balancing in Uncharted 1 - although motion grenade tossing is in, but optional.
The other improvements are difficulty balancing, BluePoint is making tweaks to enemies to ensure that gameplay flows better meaning no more bullet sponges. They've also been working on a new difficulty mode, which is supposedly more difficult than Crushing.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is arriving October 7th, 2015 and will include an invite to Uncharted 4: A Thief's End multiplayer beta.

Never platinumed them, but I've been meaning to go back and replay them now I'll just wait for this. Doesn't bother me that the multiplayer from 2 or 3 isn't included.
