Ubisoft Announce Skull & Bones
Ubisoft Singapore - part of the team behind Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag - took the Ubisoft E3 stage to announce their new multiplayer pirate game, Skull & Bones. The premise seems to be to simply survive, in five on five battles or in solo play, climbing the food chain to become the baddest pirates around. Though be careful, as the world is living and will take revenge on the players who have been a little too lucky...
Skull & Bones is set for an Autumn 2018 release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, with a beta coming soon.

It's nice to see Ubisoft listen to their audience. I played Black flag on release and a few months after they came out with a poll (I think sent to their email subscriber list) asking people "If we made a pirate game would you play it?" and the responce was trumendously for it. Good to see them deliver.

Yes, exactly man. Black Flag's highlight was everything Pirate. So I am glad they're going all out and creating a standalone title. Only concern is as it will be overwhelmingly focused on multiplayer like For Honor. I'd be pissed if they do they same Peer 2 Peer crap as they did for For Honor.

one reason I am not allowing myself to get too excited.. it did seem they were focusing on PvP on the presentation. THEY BETTER FUCKING NOT!
