Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2 to get PC Re-Release

Classic PC gaming fans have good news coming their way, the first two Turok games are getting a Remastered version. These titles will be remastered for today’s modern computers with enhanced graphics and other improvements.

The games will be made available for sale exclusively through Steam, the Humble Bundle store, GOG, GamersGate, Greenmangaming, as well as the publishers website. Night Dive Studios specializes in the remaking of PC classics.

The CEO Stephen Kick even states his love for the Turok franchise.

When Turok: Dinosaur Hunter was first released it was nothing short of revolutionary. To that point, no game had ever offered the combination of graphics and an open world environment that Turok featured. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring this great franchise back to life and to be able to share these great titles with today’s gaming audience.

While we have no word yet on a release date of these games, fans can rest assured that they will be covered for a night of dinosaur hunting.
