Trine 3 Gets a Free Update

Frozenbyte has announced a free content update to the physics-based platformer Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power. The third game in the series was not received as well by fans as the first two installments and the indie publisher are hoping they can rectify that with the improvements that the update will bring.

Announced with the above new trailer, the update includes:

• A mini-adventure called "Quest for Cake"
• Official support for SteamOS and Linux
• Checkpoints for Lost Pages
• A fix for the Wizard's box exploit
• various minor fixes and improvements, such as mid-level checkpoints for the Lost Page levels.
