Transformers: Battle Tactics Reveal Trailer

The new game will be freemium, and available for iOS and Android when it rolls out at some point next year.

Take command of over 75 characters from Transformers history to form a perfect team of Autobots and Decepticons. Take them through an expansive single-player campaign, in-game events or against friends in PvP matches.

There's no word on the storyline, but no doubt it will be a fight for freedom, which is the right of all sentient beings.

Characters include Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Starscream, Superion and many, many more.

The press release says that the art style is based on a "Transformers Generations Combiner Wars" comic book from IDW, but that doesn't actually exist. The art style is, instead, based more on the super-deformed Japanese art style, like SD Gundam.
