Total War: Arena In-Game Footage Revealed with Alpha Offering

Creative Assembly has unveiled the first gameplay trailer for the upcoming closed alpha signup for its new Total War title, Total War: Arena.

This will be a free-to-play multiplayer real-time strategy with gameplay mechanics from the Total War series, pitting two teams of ten players against each other. Players will control three units of soldiers led by a historical commander with a unique battle style. The commanders can be leveled up and units can unlock more skills and weapons.

There will be a live stream from an ESL event this weekend, on Saturday 23 May at 17:00 CEST from the official Total War Twitch channel here.
