Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Coming to Game Pass
Ubisoft's underdog hit multiplayer shooter, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, is coming to Game Pass for Xbox and Android on the 22nd October, Microsoft has confirmed. The announcement came in a Game Pass Blog post on the Xbox website published on the 19th October. Currently, there's no word on whether the game will arrive on Game Pass for PC.
Additionally, Game Pass owners will be able to use their 10% discount on in-game items for the Rainbow Six Siege store.
After a bumpy launch, Rainbow Six Siege grew into a long-running tactical shooter phenomenon with a dedicated esports following. Much of its popularity can be attributed to solid core gameplay systems and an outstanding level of post-launch support from developer Ubisoft Montreal. It stands to reason that this Game Pass acquisition will strengthen the game further, especially considering how a next-gen upgrade is already confirmed for both Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5.
