Titanfall 2 PC Specs Revealed

PC players of Titanfall 2 might have been feeling a bit left out after it was announced that they would not be able to join in the tech demo, however Respawn Entertainment are trying to get some love back from the PC community by issuing a huge raft of info on the PC versions.

First off, we have those all important system requirements:

Minimum

OS - Win 7/8/8.1/10 64bit
CPU - Intel Core i3-3600t or equivalent
RAM - 8GB
HDD Free Space - 45GB
GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660 2GB, AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
DirectX - 11
Internet Connection - 512Kbps or faster

Ultra 4K60

OS - Win 7/8/8.1/10 64bit
CPU - Intel Core i7-6700k or equivalent
RAM - 16GB
HDD Free Space - 45GB
GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1080 8GB
DirectX - 11
Internet Connection - 512Kbps or faster

Each spec should allow you to run at 60fps with a 1600*900 resolution at least, so even the minimum spec should give you a decent performance. The game will support 4K, ultra wide monitors and an adaptive field of depth to ensure the best performance without sacrificing anything that doesn't need to be sacrificed.

In the full rundown on their website, the developer even gave us the full list of in game graphics options, and there's a lot of them, giving the tinkerers amongst us something to tweak to our liking. It certainly suggests that this will be a PC optimised game and not a simple port though, to which many fans can breathe a sigh of relief.
