Third-Gen Legendaries Return to Pokémon GO
In honour of the "year of legendary Pokémon" (no, I've not heard of that either), Niantic have announced that the three recently released third-gen legendaries - Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza - are now available again in Raid Battles.
They have been available in Gyms from yesterday, 23rd February, and will stay up until end of play on March 5th. To get you back into the Gotta catch 'em all spirit, Niantic will make it easier for you to hatch Pokémon commonly found in windier weather if you defeat Rayquaza more than Groudon and Kyogre combined. If you defeat Groudon a greater number of times, then your sun-loving 'mon will hatch; Kyogre bringing out the miserable rain loving types quicker.
If you haven't already seen it, Stephen Fry narrated a trailer for Pokémon GO earlier this month, promoting the game in case there is still anyone else living under a rock yet to hear about GO.
You can download Pokémon GO on your favorite iOS and Android devices, and get going on those legendary raids.
