The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Opening Cinematic Revealed

Foreshadowing the story of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The Trail Opening Cinematic is an epic sneak peek into the adventure that awaits gamers in Wild Hunt. See witchers Geralt of Rivia and his mentor Vesemir pursue Geralt’s long lost love, the immensely powerful, raven-black-haired sorceress -- Yennefer of Vengerberg.

After initially stating the game would be released sometime around the end of 2014, Wild Hunt was delayed until February 24 next year. According to the heads of development, the reason behind this was that the game's open world just wasn't up to the level they demanded.

Developers CD Projekt RED state that Wild Hunt will be 35 times bigger than the critically acclaimed The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings. Based on the novels by Andrzej Sapkowski, The Witcher 3 is hugely anticipated and already expected to be one of the biggest hits of 2015.
