The Next Mass Effect Announced
People thought Mass Effect: Andromeda killed the franchise. People were wrong. BioWare was proud to unveil the next entry in the (mostly) acclaimed Mass Effect franchise at The Game Awards 2020. While not much is certain about the game—release dates, platforms and gameplay details are all unknown—there are some firm things indicated by the trailer.
The trailer appears to show an older Liara T'Soni, a character from the original trilogy. This more or less confirms that we'll be opening up a new chapter of the original story, one with familiar faces, locations and (possibly) more. According to speculation, which was quickly confirmed by Michael Gamble of BioWare, the trailer shows Liara walking atop a fallen Reaper, giving further evidence that this new entry is set to be a continuation of the story once thought concluded in Mass Effect 3.
Ill give one for free. Yes.

There are currently no firm details about the release date or platforms for the upcoming Mass Effect game. It's expected that we'll be waiting quite a long time before release as BioWare has confirmed it's in the "early stages" of development.
