The Last of Us Part II Rumoured to Release in February 2020
Whispers of The Last of Us Part II releasing in February have been circulating around the internet for a while now, but some more recent evidence has made the rumours seem all the more likely.
The information comes from a post on a Chinese gaming forum titled A9VG. While this might not seem like note-worthy information initially, the same poster also revealed that Death Stranding would be releasing in November a while before the official announcement.
What’s more is that a reliable insider who goes by the online tag ZhugeEX has backed this claim on popular gaming forum ResetEra.
The Last of Us Part II will also supposedly be releasing with four separate versions; Standard Edition, Special Edition, Collector’s Edition and Ellie Edition. It can be assumed that the Ellie Edition in particular will be limited in quantity and high in price, likely featuring some kind of large statue or figurine of the character.
While there’s still no official confirmation for the release date, a February 2020 release is appearing to seem more and more likely.
