The King Of Fighters XV Adds Shingo Yabuki in Season 2 Update

Shingo Yabuki kicks off THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV Season 2 DLC coming on the 17th of January 2023. This update features a whole-roster character refinement patch, several DLC characters, and songs from previous KOF titles. You’ll also be able to purchase a special Fighter Pass, which includes all six upcoming DLC characters for Season 2, including Shingo Yabuki.

Shingo Yabuki is the first DLC character scheduled to make an appearance in 2023. Following Shingo will be Kim Kaphwan in the spring, Sylvie Paula Paula and Najd in the summer, and two unannounced characters are set to appear this coming autumn and winter. In the meantime, get to know Shingo! He’s a young man who is making steady progress as a fighter thanks to his martial arts master Kyo Kusanagi. 

Season 2 will also roll out character refinements in the roster, and you’ll notice previous KOF songs added free of charge to the DJ Station, which allows players to access their favourite songs during their matches. Like the DLC characters, more tunes will be added in the future. 

The King Of Fighters is available to play on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
