The International Dota 2 Tournament 2015 Winners
For the past week, the Dota 2 Internationals have been aired live with millions of consistent viewers, but now the end is here and a team walk away with over $6.6 million.
The team known as, Evil Geniuses, took the tournament title and prize-money home just a few hours ago as they took a stunning win against CDEC at 3-1, regardless of the qualifier stages, where EG got knocked down into the lower bracket by CDEC, forcing them to play at their highest peaks, versing teams in the upper-bracket with the advantages in order to verse CDEC again and claim revenge.
EG are the first North American team to make it into the international finals as the positions are taken swiftly by Chinese teams such as LGD and CDEC. Although, due to recent changes in their roster they've had to mess about using different players and whatnot, but luckily they found a user "Suma1l" who is a 15-year-old Pakistani teen with exceptional skills and knowledge in the game, while also being the youngest player in Dota 2 to receive more than $500,000 worth of winnings.
