The Humble Image Comics Bundle

The fine Humble folks have had a word with the fine Image Comics folks and created a mighty fine bundle of trade paperbacks, ready to use on practically any device! You can load them onto your smartphone or pad, keep them on Windows, Linux or Mac - even put them on a Wii, NDS or PSP if you have the right firmware. They are saved in .cbr/.cbz/.epub/.pdf - meaning there are dozens of apps you can use.

For as little as $1 you get volume one of East of West, Lazarus, Morning Glories and Fatale. More than the average gets Saga, Revival and Chew.

For those wanting to pay the third tier, $15 gets you volume one of The Walking Dead and volume 20 of The Walking Dead. That's right - the very first and the very latest volumes of the comic that zombie show is based upon.

All of the comic's series' are creator-owned, meaning no superheroes - except for that one scene in that volume of The Walking Dead - and lots of character deaths. And guaranteed great writing.

The charity you contribute to, as well as Image Comics, is the Comic Book Defence Fund who help out creators who get in legal battles if, say, they co-created Batman and never get credit.
