Owing to the shutting down of a BBC server and the finding of long-forgotten files, the Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy Game has been re-re-released as a 30th Anniversary Edition.

Created by Douglas Adams (writer of The Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy) in 1984, six years after the radio series, five after the novel, the game was re-released as the 20th Anniversary edition in 2004.  With new graphics on top of it's old text-only base, it was hosted online by the BBC, until they were due to scrap the server.  Someone noticed and it was given a new lease of life with even fancier HTML5 on top of it's very old text-only base.
