The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Heads Back to Vvardenfell

Morrowind is back! On 5 June 2017, Elder Scrolls Online players will be able to finally go back to the island of Vvardenfell. Long time fans of the Elder Scrolls series have dreamed of revisiting Morrowind, and the nostalgia is about to hit full force.

The game will take place 700 years before the events of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and focuses on making Morrowind into the place players visited in the past. How the game is played and what kind of person players become is completely their choice. One of the best thing about The Elder Scrolls franchise is that players can choose pretty much any aspect of the game from the species of the hero, to how much death and destruction will be caused throughout the map. Players can even choose who accompanies them on their quests, whether it be alone or with a group of friends to run through the world as a powerful team.

ESO: Morrowind will include familiar places to old-school players such as Ashlands, Tel Mora, and the Bitter Coast. Though there will be old aspects, there will be new ones as well. A new player class called the Warden will be introduced that uses a lot of nature based magic. If that doesn’t appeal, veteran characters from other lands to continue the adventure.

Check out the video to get some nostalgia running through your veins, and to get a look at what is coming. The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind will release globally on 6 June 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Mac.
