TerraTech Kickstarter

Currently with a third of the funding goal, TerraTech is a cross between a sandbox game, Minecraft and Lego.

Once it reaches release, TerraTech will have you exploring exoplanets (alien worlds) to mine them for their resources. Whether it's knocking down trees or mining rocks, it is your job to help Earth - currently very low on resources.

You must gather these resources and ship them back to Earth, though to do so you will need a vehicle. And for the vehicle, you will need parts - for it is your job to build the craft along with weaponry and a way to convey the material blocks. You begin with a cockpit and a few blocks, then gather more through destroying your rivals and literally using them for parts by bolting them onto your vehicle.

As always there are rewards for backing, ranging from beta releases, PDF art books and soundtracks to designing an in-game block and your likeness being in the game.

They need £22,000 before 27th July, though hopefully they can reach their £45,000 stretch goal of a Creative Mode. You can join the Kickstarter or grab the demo from here.
