Tekken 7 Release Date Confirmed
Bandai Namco has confirmed that Tekken 7, the latest iteration of the fighting series, will release on the 2nd June on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
The release comes later than expected, with initial reports suggesting that Tekken 7 would be released in "early 2017". Instead, the game that initially released in arcades, will now release in the summer.
As well as a release date, Bandai Namco also released a new story trailer, which you can see above. It shows family loyalties stand for nothing as father and son, Heihachi and Kazuya, face off with one another.
Tekken 7 will also offer a season pass that will allow players to access three content packs following the game's release. On top of this there will also be collector's edition, featuring a 30cm statue of Kazuya kicking his Dad in the face; a deluxe edition, exclusive to Game in the UK and a Day One edition containing character DLC.
And if that's confused you to know end, just wait until you try and make sense of the game's narrative...
Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on anymore info we'll have on Tekken 7 in the coming months.

I don't think I've played a Tekken game since Tag Tournament on PS2. I might have to revisit the series!
