Interested in seeing and hearing about the work that goes into reviving cult classic early 90s beat 'em ups? (I mean, who doesn't, right?) Then you'll want to check out the latest behind the scenes trailer for Dlala and Rare's upcoming Battletoads reboot.

Games on the Nintendo Entertainment System didn't leave much room for character depth or any sort of striking visual style; on modern systems, however, DLALA and Rare have been able to bring both in abundance. The characters burst with personality and the game's style looks akin to any modern cartoon. Battletoads is out 20th August for PC and Xbox One—available on Xbox Game Pass on launch.
