Syberia 3 Release Dated

It's been a long time since we've heard from Kate Walker and Syberia. The last game was released back in 2004 and the third installment has been subject of a number of delays. Originally set for release in 2015, the title will now be with us on Mac, Windows, Xbox One and PS4 on the first of December 2016. This will mark the first fully 3D rendered outing for the series as well, making the steampunk inspired world look even more beautiful than ever. 

Microids gave us an insight into the development with a new video, entitled The Story Continues. In it, Benoit Sokal and his son, Hugo, open up their studio to show players some of the creative processes used in Syberia 3, allowing viewers to learn more about what has taken place between the end of Syberia 2 and the beginning of this new adventure for Kate Walker, the game’s emblematic heroine.
