Stardew Valley Got Yet Another Update; Learn More About 1.6.9 Here!
Concerned Ape has added yet more content and made more changes to the beloved Stardew Valley. Aside from the addition of new content and features, there were some balance changes, bug fixes, and quality-of-life tweaks. Since the list of balancing and fixes is quite long, I'll keep to just what's new, starting with:
- Players can now get help finding a lost item through a new NPC who appears.
- Legendary fish can now be placed in ponds, though there's a limit of one per pond, and it will produce Legendary Fish Roe.
- Any constructed building that allows furniture can now have beds and be slept in.
- Items will now float for a short time when dropped in water so that players can get them back or use the Magnet Ring.
- Sam and Shane have new portraits when working at JojaMart.
- New Easter Eggs have been added.
- New hidden cheat commands have been added (you can find the list here).
Check out Stardew Valley on Steam if you haven't already! The update is available for Steam and GOG, with consoles following as soon as possible.
