Star Wars: Squadrons gamescom Trailer

Susanne Hunka, Narrative Producer at EA, promises fans a story of daring pilots and deep-seated rivalry. Over the course of Star Wars: Squadrons, you play as two pilots on opposite sides of the war. The trailer boasts various styles of missions that you can play throughout the game, ranging from standard dogfights to bombing runs, to setting up elaborate traps in space. Additionally, all of these missions can be played in VR.

As well as gameplay, Star Wars: Squadron allows players to fully customise their starfighter and debrief with their squadmates between missions, potentially hinting at a more RPG-esque approach to the game. We can expect all this and more when Star Wars: Squadrons takes off on 2nd October 2020 for Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
