Star Wars Battlefront 2 Gets Some Extra Support
If you were one of those people that stopped playing Battlefront 2 because of it's horrific progression system and insulting micro-transactions, (and we're willing to bet there are a lot of you), we have good news. It might be time to boot the game up again in light of the continued support Dice is throwing our way.
The game has apparently been completely overhauled, with cosmetics, new game modes and even new playable heroes and villains on their way. Their will FINALLY be a dog-fighting styled gameplay mode, harking back to the success of the original Battlefront games way back in the mid 2000's. Another game mode will supposedly revolve around capturing outposts and taking down huge starships.
New playable characters include Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, as well as Count Dooku and even the fan favourite General Grievous. Alongside the content released for the new Solo film, Battlefront 2 seems to have received a much needed breath of fresh air.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 is currently available on next gen consoles as well as PC.
