Star-Lord Turns To Plan B In New TV Spot For Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy

Eidos-Montréal have released a brand-new, high-octane TV spot ahead of next week's official launch of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. The trailer drops viewers right into the centre of a mid-battle Huddle, where the Guardians take stock of the situation, run through a new strategy and, of course, have a bit of light hearted banter before deciding to go with Plan B- a coordinated, all-out assault accompanied by Mötley Crüe’s “Kickstart My Heart.”

The Huddle mechanic seen in the trailer will prove vital for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy players as they fight seemingly unwinnable odds throughout their adventures across the galaxy. Players will have the ability to call a Huddle mid-combat and choose which encouraging words to offer up to the team. Selecting the correct responses will provide the Guardians with powerups, making it easier for them to crack enemy heads whilst listening to one of the game's 30 headbanging tracks.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, PC, and streaming via GeForce NOW on 26th October 2021. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: Cloud Version for Nintendo Switch also coming to select regions on 26th October.
