Stainless Give us a New Carmageddon Max Damage Trailer as Game Delayed
Carmageddon: Max Damage, the latest instalment in the Carmageddon series is now a little further away than we had hoped, as Stainless Games have announced that the game will be delayed by an extra months. The developer are stating that they want "to give the game a final polish before deliver and ensure that it's the best it can be for a new audience of console gamers." If you're not familiar with the series, then the latest trailer featuring nuns getting horribly mutilated as they get run over by cars should give you an idea of what to expect. This isn't your average racer, it's just a touch more gory.
The original release date was anticipated to be the third of June, but that will now be pushed back to the eighth of July. In the meantime, as well as the new trailer, fans can prepare themselves by pre-ordering and obtaining a bunch of additional bonus content courtesy of publisher Sold Out:
- Two extra player cars: The “Tez Eagle” and the “Iron Hawk”.
- Four skins: Two additional paint schemes for each of the cars.
- Digital comic: An exclusive digital download for pre-order customers, entitled, “Where Eagles Die”.
