SoulCalibur: Lost Souls Sees Release Day Server Issues
Namco Bandai's free-to-play PlayStation 3 exclusive SoulCalibur: Lost Souls has been experiencing "delays" and disruptions in its online servers, according to the series' facebook page.
While the game was technically released on Tuesday, Namco Bandai has told fans that these undisclosed server issues have effectively delayed the launch until further notice. The issue "requires a resolution across multiple parties" according to the publisher, who is working with a key partner to resolve the server delays. Although Lost Souls is a single-player game, players can download their friends' characters to help with quests and the game must have access to its online servers in order to function.
Namco Bandai has not given any further word on when these server delays will be solved, however they promise players it will be fixed as quickly as possible.
