Snoop Dogg Narrates Call of Duty: Ghost Matches
Let it never be said Infinity Ward doesn't think outside the box when it comes to spicing up their Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer.
The developer has teamed up with rap icon Snoop Dogg for their first set of Voice Packs, available via Xbox Live next week, which will replace the default narration for your multiplayer matches. For his part, Snoop Dogg seemed equally excited to team up with one of the most iconic first-person shooter franchises, saying that he's glad to be lending his voice to something "so hip and so 'hood."
Infinity Ward will also be releasing the Drill Sergeant voice pack, featuring the dulcet shouts of R. Lee "The Gunny" Emery from the cult film Full Metal Jacket. The voice packs were announced yesterday along with several other personalisation packs, including the Soap Legend Pack, which lets you play as John "Soap" McTavish from Modern Warfare.
Call of Duty: Ghosts' new packs will go on sale on Xbox Live April 22 for $2.99. UK prices have yet to be confirmed, and the content will hit other platforms at an undisclosed later date.
