Sniper Elite 5 Shows Depth of Features in New Trailer

Rebellion have released a new trailer for Sniper Elite 5, showing us a taste of the game ahead of its release later this month.

The trailer states that "the award-winning series returns" before going on to list a slew of modes and features, whilst showing off some truly wince-inducing X-Ray kill cameras. Ouch!

The trailer seems to specifically focus on the variety of multiplayer modes on offer, and with cross-play support for all platforms, could this be the next big multiplayer hit?

Finally we see a quick glimpse of Invasion Mode, which sees you invading other players' campaigns as an Axis soldier (or perhaps you're the one being invaded!), although it does state that this mode is entirely optional for those that prefer not to have their singleplayer games interfered with.

Sniper Elite 5 will release 26th May 2022, for PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Epic Game Store, Steam, Windows Store and Xbox Game Pass.
