SMITE Smashing onto Screens of Sony Systems

The wait is nearly over. The world's number one action MOBA is coming to that rectangular parallelepiped under the TV that we call the PlayStation 4. SMITE has been in beta on the console for a long time now. The game has been in open beta on the platform since the end of March but with effect from Tuesday the 31st of May, the game will be a fully fledged PS4 title. 

The game puts players in the shoes of ancient gods such as Odin, Athena and Poseidon. These gods, in the world of SMITE at least, are not all loving and peaceful, but instead vengeful and have a tendency to fight it out for supremacy. You, along with your army of minions must defeat the opposing god in a battlefield of legendary proportions. The beta has introduced a slew of new features including 60fps visual and a new 5v5 mode.
