Skater XL Honours Skating History with New Embarcadero Plaza Map

Easy Day Studios has released the historic San Francisco skate area Embarcadero Plaza as an official map for its skateboarding sim Skater XL on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Check out the real-world map's recognisable red bricks, the Vallaincourt fountain and the famous "Gonz Gap" in the trailer above.

Embarcadero Plaza was a legendary spot in the '90s skating scene. The picturesque waterfront plaza was made famous by Mark Gonzales, the first person to successfully clear what would eventually become known as the "Gonz Gap"—no easy task, to say the least. Now you can try it for yourself in Skater XL.

The Embarcadero Plaza map is available now in Skater XL on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
