Sid Meiers Starships Given a Price and Release Date
The turn-based strategy game announced in January, Sid Meier's Starships, has recently been given a launch date and price.
The game is set to release on March 12th for PC, Mac and iPad. Firaxis announced this earlier today in preparation of the title being released next month. Unfortunately, the game isn't being developed for Android, which will leave some tablet players out of the circle.

No Android version - wut? I know most apps go to iOS first, as the iPhone and iPad user base is still a huge market share - but absolutely no Android version is madness.

I know! Absolutely insane. If anything, tablet users/Android users for that matter have probably just under the equal market share as an iOS due to the fact they're on everything but iProducts! ...Not literally. Guess I won't be purchasing it for my Mum's tablet who loves Sid Meiers!

@[529450859:Steven John Dawson] I don't think it actually does my Android's at-all. There is no mention, only iOS. But could be in the future. Which would be nice.
