Ship Graveyard Simulator 2 Shows off Warships DLC Gameplay Trailer

Ship Graveyard Simulator 2 is getting bigger with a new, upcoming DLC that is releasing next month! The upcoming Warships DLC by Games Incubator, Hypnotic Ants, and PlayWay S.A. already has a release date for December, though its official day is yet to be seen. 

Instead, what we got is a 30-second-long trailer in the official GamesIncubator YouTube channel, where we get to see a lot of the gameplay that players will experience. The new, epic warships join the ship graveyard — massive vessels that have been through wars are ready for you to turn into scrap. These ships may have endured bullets, explosives, and mankind... but they won't survive you, your equipment, and your trusty sledgehammer.

Be wary, though, as these ships include a slew of new challenges that you'll have to face. In order to be able to protect yourself from the new hazards introduced in this DLC, you'll need to equip yourself with the newly added Geiger counte, a tool that'll help you detect and measure ionizing radiation. You'll need to use your crane to get rid of harmful, hazardous materials in order to reach the ships, and even inside, the containers may carry dangerous radioactive material that you'll need to manoeuvre around.

The new gameplay mechanics will also be accompanied by a slew of Steam achievements that you'll be able to unlock. This is great news for fans of the title that are looking to sink (hah, Battleship) even more hours into the game, but previous achievement collectors that had already put away Ship Graveyard Simulator 2 will now lose one of their 100% titles. It's time to put on the hazmat suit and jump into the Warships DLC!
