Shiness Gets Steam Greenlight

Shiness Gets Steam Greenlight

Things are going well for the French independent RPG project Shiness, not only is it 70% funded in just seven days, with it looking certain that the project will exceed its $100,000 requirement, but a massive show of community support has given the game the push it needs to get onto Steam with their Greenlight page sporting the coveted green thumbs up.

The community has shown their interest in this game. Valve has reached out to this developer to start moving things toward release on Steam.

To celebrate, the team behind the Kickstarter have shown off more incentives for those looking to increase their pledges, including statues, a physical dictionary for the game's invented language and a detailed art book featuring, as yet, unseen concept art.

With 23 days to go it remains to be seen what other goodies Ynniss interactive will reveal, but with the success of their funding so far it's without doubt that we'll be seeing some pretty interesting stretch goals, the first of which to be revealed has been a PlayStation 4 version at $140,000.
