Sherlock Holmes The Awakened Launch Delayed

Ukrainian development studio Frogwares has released a video showing how the ongoing war in Ukraine has affected Kyiv and the production of Sherlock Holmes The Awakened. Originally planned for a late February or early March release window, the game is now delayed to late March/April 2023 due to the challenging circumstances.

“The continual interruptions to power on top of the frequent missile attacks since October meant we had to replan and reschedule almost every month,” said Sergiy Oganesyan, head of publishing at Frogwares. Still, the team is pushing forward with final QA testing and getting ready for launch. While the video shows much of the team’s struggles, it also features new gameplay footage captured on PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.

Sherlock Holmes The Awakened will be coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
