Shadwen Launch Date and Price Announced

Frozenbyte have announced the release date of their physics-based stealth game, Shadwen. The game will launch in May on the PS4 and PC, at a heavily discounted price.

The reason for this deep discount is Fronzenbyte's unique promotion that saw cumulative discounts added based on the number of hours players sunk into the demo version back in February. The results of all of that is that the game will be less than half price at launch, with the starting price of $35 reduced down to $14.55. The developer have stated that the price may vary slightly based on platforms and stores and their pricing policies, but it will certainly be no more than $14.55 on the most prominent stores for the PC. A UK price was not quoted, however it's safe to assume it will probably be £14.55.

Shadwen is a stealth action game where you play as the titular assassin on a quest of regicide.After a chance encounter with an orphan named Lily, Shadwen takes the girl under her wing and then starts to question her actions as they're seen through the eyes of a child. It presents a unique moral twist on the assassin formula and encourages players to seek alternative ways of playing.
