SEGA Mega Drive Classics Launches with Nostalgia Music Video from Eclectic Method

Fifty classic titles, from Sonic the Hedgehog to Toejam and Earl to Shining Force and more, are being relaunched today on the brand new SEGA Mega Drive Classics, a grab bag of 50 of our favorite titles from the golden age of gaming.

A full list of games featured in the collection, which also includes games from the Phantasy Star, Streets of Rage, and Golden Axe series, Virtua Fighter 2, and Sonic spinoff games like Sonic Spinball and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, is available at the game's website here.

To commemorate the occasion, a new launch video was featuring a new tune from Eclectic Method that transforms the beeps and boops of classic Genesis titles into a pretty darned catchy tune. Check it out above.
