Saints Row Reboot Delayed
The reboot of the Saints Row franchise has been pushed further back to August 2022 from its initial release of February 2022. Volition’s Chief Creative Officer, Jim Boone announced the delay via twitter.

In an official statement, Boone said that due to the scope of the new Saints Row, it's important that they 'give the team longer to perfect their craft'. He reiterated that there will be no changes in the story or characters that they had previously shared.
The original Saints Row launched back in 2006 and saw a number of sequels. The reboot of the franchise was announced during Gamescom and the game is planned to launch on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PS5.
