Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell & Re-Elected Launch Trailer
We've seen a trailer about sin, a musical trailer and now an infomercial for Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell.
Showing us a couple more characters, as well as sounding exactly like it's trying to sell us some Ginsu knives, there is a phone number along the bottom. For those not in the USA, you may notice it doesn't have the usual fictional "555" in the middle that episodes of The Simpsons or Family Guy.
That's because it's a real functional freephone phone number - only in the US, though! Thanks to Polygon, you don't even have to call it to find out what it is!
Spoiler alert, it's a little like being put on hold.
Because that's exactly what it is! Oh, we're sorry about your soul...

They just keep getting more and more farfetched! It kind of puts me off, I've never played a Saints Row game and seems like it's just a completely mental experience

Personally, it's what I love about the series. From a street punk to taking on an alien overlord and Satan himself. There are diehard fans who can't stand anything after Saints Row 2, which admittedly was a very good game. My argument is - how many games can you get out of "Kill the gangs, take over the city", without going a little off-script?

@[537776659:Andrew Acelister Duncan] True, it's certainly a unique series in that sense. I think it made the step when it was going head to head with GTA, GTA went down the more grounded path and Saints Row took crazy to whole new level

@[539584607:Dom D'Angelillo] GTA IV is kind of depressing, honestly. I'm glad they went a little barmy with GTA V. Another thing I really enjoy about Saints Row, is the continuity of the series. I don't think they would have gone the same route they chose, if they went for a brand new cast each game, rather than building upon it.
