RTS Crossfire: Legion Beta Test and Early Access

Prime Matter and Smilegate have announced that real-time strategy Crossfire: Legion is opening a Beta Test before it starts Early Access in Spring this year. The game is based on the popular Crossfire universe and pits the player against other players in rival factions that will do battle for global domination.

Players who want to test out Crossfire: Legion can do so by registering for an opportunity to join the Beta test. If chosen, players will have to choose a side, to join the Blacklist or Global Risk, along with their respective commanders. Once they’ve drawn battle lines, they will fight it out across two unique maps in either 1v1 or 3v3 in multiplayer.

When Crossfire: Legion goes into Early Access in Spring 2022 it will allow players from all over the world to experience a gritty, modern-day action RTS, with the occasional historical nod here and there to the OG games that moulded the genre. Players will be able to shape each battle differently and however they see fit on the road to victory!

RTS gamers know what they want and what a modern-day game should deliver. Who better to make sure that we are in sync? We have some great features and game modes to reveal to you over the next months and look to add a wealth of content as we enter Early Access.

Planned in this growth of Crossfire: Legion is a roadmap that has been revealed for the title that outlines all of the upcoming activities ahead of the Early Access, including a third faction that’ll be added into the thick of things.
