Rockstar Looking into Player Transfer Issues with GTA V

Rockstar are 'urgently looking into an issue' which has prevented a number of players from transferring their GTA Online character onto their new console. 

Players who haven't logged in since 2013 have reported that after attempting the transfer they are shown the message “No previous Grand theft Auto Online data is associated with your Social Club account".
