Rise of the Tomb Raider PC Version Release Dated

Lara Croft's original adventures back in the '90s started life on the PC before moving to the consoles, but in recent years she's been seen as a mainstay of the boxes under our televisions rather than the ones we pretend that we use for work. Her latest adventure was subject to an exclusivity 

Rise of the Tomb Raider is a case in point, having been announced as a timed-exclusive for Microsoft's Xbox one. That announcement though was followed by news that it would be coming in Q1 2016 and Q2 2016 for PC and PS4 respectively. So whilst PS4 users still have a long wait ahead, PC users have known for some time that they will get the game before April.

Thanks to Valve though, we now know that PC gamers we'll be able to get our mitts on the latest adventure in the series within the next month. A Steam Store Page has just been opened up for the game, showing the release date as "January 2016" There's no word on the exact date or price yet, but it does show that we don't have that long left to wait to see Lara back home on the PC.
