Return to the World of BLEACH and Protect Your Friends in the Latest Gameplay Trailer for Rebirth of Souls

After many years, Bandai Namco Entertainment has revealed a new game in the BLEACH series: BLEACH Rebirth of Souls. In the most recent gameplay trailer, you'll be able to take a closer look at the combat system by viewing the iconic fight between protagonist, Ichigo Kurosaki, and Byakuya Kuchiki.

In BLEACH Rebirth of Souls, you'll need to use your Zanpakuto (each shinigami has a sword with a specific name) to fight against your enemies in intense swordfights. Using your Reishi (spiritual power), you'll be able to unleash special attacks, and combos to save yourself from tricky situations. You'll even have the chance to use Reverse Actions to turn the tide in your favour, and use the likes of Shikai and Bankai, to unleash devastating attacks that are unique to each character.

Initially, the BLEACH manga was published in Shonen Jump from 2001 until it ended in 2016, with the original anime running from 2004 until 2012, along with four movies. With spin-offs including a live-action film, a rock musical, and a new anime covering the final arc: the Thousand-Year Blood War, it's been making quite a revival since its return in 2022. 

If you're new to BLEACH, you can watch the entire anime online on Disney+ in the UK. Or, you can read the manga, or you can begin from BLEACH Rebirth of Souls which will cover the Soul Society Arc and beyond, according to the announcement trailer.
